A. Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We stand by the effectiveness of our 15-day course. If you have completed the first 7 days (Day 1 to Day 7 doses) and haven't observed any weight loss (<1 kg), we are here to support you with a money-back refund, subject to the guidelines below.
Guidelines for Eligibility
To ensure fairness, we ask that the following conditions be met:
- Complete Commitment: You have purchased the full 15-day course.
- Consistent Updates: You stayed connected by submitting the daily update form (proforma) included in your kit every single day for the first 7 days.
- Followed Guidance: You followed the instructions and feedback provided by our support team during the week.

3. Our Review Process
- Once we receive your request, we will check that all eligibility steps (daily forms and guidelines) were followed.
- A qualified consultant from our team will review your case personally to make a final, fair decision.
If you refund is approved:
- We will ask you to return the unused portion of the kit (Day 8 onwards).
- For your convenience, we can generate a pickup request on your behalf (pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount).
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of us receiving the return.
- Condition of Return: To process the refund, the returned portion of the kit must be unopened, untampered, and in its original condition.
Note:
I. This Money-Back Guarantee is specifically for weight loss results within the first 7 days of your journey. It does not apply to any period after that.
II. The money-back guarantee is a one-time benefit available. Once a customer has successfully claimed a refund under this policy, they shall not be eligible for any future money-back guarantees, including in cases of repurchase, re-enrollment, or purchase of any other course or package.
B. Returns and Refunds Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy is issued by Aarogya Kaya and must be read in conjunction with our [Terms of Service]
1. Refunds for Damaged or Missing Items
We offer a full refund in the following cases, subject to the terms below:
a. Damaged or Defective Product:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must raise a refund request within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
- Share clear photographs along with the unpacking video (starting from sealed package) of the damaged product(s), highlighting the issue.
- In case of claims regarding missing items, we will verify via our order packing video. You will be required to send us photographs of the entire kit received to validate the claim.
2. Returns for Non-Defective Products
We understand that you may wish to return a product for personal reasons. In such cases, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
a. Unused and Sealed Kit You may return a completely sealed and unused kit if:
- The return request is made within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.
- The product is in original condition with no signs of use or tampering.
- A total deduction of 383/- will be made in this case to compensate for delivery and return shipping.
b. Partially Used Kits If you have used a portion of the course, we may allow returns of unused and sealed pouches only, under the following conditions:
- Notify us within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.
- A deduction of ₹500 per day of the course used will apply.
- The remaining components must be sealed and untampered.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the request
- Images of the product(s) involved
4. Return Pickup and Processing
- We will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner within 2 business days, subject to availability and serviceability.
- Once the product reaches us and passes the quality check (sealed, unused, no tampering), the refund will be initiated.
- Pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned product.
NOTE : The refund amount in all the cases will be calculated excluding any discount offers, combo offers, COD fees, and other logistics-related charges.
